Have always wanted to check their food out since they opened. Heard a lot of great things. Started off with a fresca paloma cocktail (tequila, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and club soda) then off we went.
Delicious things to have:
- Beef Tartare, pickles, horseradish, chervil, cultured cream, tonnato sauce, mesquite corn sourdough. Perfect way to start a meal, although not your typical beef tartare presentation. The horseradish and pickles were a nice surprise.
- Brisket, Nine spice, potatoes, soured cream, black garlic, 1015 onions. Fall off the bone meat, lots of great flavor, the onions were a little overpowering at times.
- Sanguinaccio fritters (fried dough balls with chocolate and pig’s blood filling), horchata ice cream, lemon curd, candied pecans. It sounds terrifying, but absolutely delicious.
Great experience. Interesting space and design choices. Will go again.
